Vybnest Referral Program – Terms of Participation

1. Eligibility

• Only users aged 18 years or older are eligible to earn referral rewards.
• You must have an active Vybnest subscription, or be within a three (3) day grace period after subscription expiry, to refer other users.

2. Referral Binding

A referred user may be bound to your account if they register using your referral link, or if their email address or phone number matches an invitation you previously submitted.

Referral binding is final and irreversible once a match is confirmed.

3. Referral Earnings

Eligible referrers earn ten percent (10%) of the referred user’s monthly subscription fee for as long as the referrer’s own subscription remains active.

Vybnest may offer performance-based bonuses or overrides at its discretion, subject to internal eligibility criteria.

4. Payouts

Referral rewards are processed monthly through approved payment channels, which may include bank transfer, mobile money, or other supported payout methods.

Vybnest reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

5. Abuse and Fraud

Referrals generated through spam, fake accounts, automation, misrepresentation, or any other abusive behavior will be voided.

Vybnest may suspend or permanently ban accounts found to be in violation of referral integrity standards.

6. Consent to Referral Tracking

By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge and consent to Vybnest matching referral invitations using submitted phone numbers and email addresses, even if a referral link is not clicked.

7. Changes to This Policy

Vybnest may update this Referral Policy from time to time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
