Certain features of Vybnest may require payment or an active subscription. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are charged in advance where applicable.
No refunds or discounts are offered. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it is final and non-refundable, including but not limited to unused subscription periods or accidental purchases.
Vybnest reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in unlawful or harmful behavior.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Vybnest are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
Vybnest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
